Our Bridal Styling Consultation Call is your first step toward a personalised bridal style. Please note that this introductory discussion will be guided by our Relationship Manager (RM) and not our founder, allowing us to understand your unique requirements and tailor a customised plan. We are dedicated to transforming your vision into reality through expert coaching, ensuring you feel confident and elegant on your special day.
Cancellation Policy
Complimentary 20-Minute Consultation Your complimentary consultation is designed to help us understand your wedding vision, styling requirements, and determine HOW our services are the right fit for you! This call is an expectation-setting and discovery conversation with our Relationship Manager. What This Call Includes - Understanding your wedding events and styling requirements. - Learning about your budget, preferences, and concerns. - Explaining our bridal styling services and process. - Recommending the most suitable service based on your needs. - Discussing timelines, availability, and investment. What This Call Does Not Include To ensure fairness to all clients and maintain the quality of our services, the complimentary consultation does not include: - Personal styling or image consultation. - Outfit recommendations or shopping advice. - Colour analysis or body shape analysis. - Bridal look planning or mood board creation. - Vendor recommendations. - Review of existing outfits or trousseau. - Detailed fashion or beauty guidance. - Advice on jewellery, makeup, hairstyles, or accessories. - Any customised styling solutions. These are provided as part of our paid bridal styling services. Before Your Call To help us make the most of our conversation, we recommend keeping the following details ready: - Wedding dates - Number of events - Wedding location(s) - Approximate styling budget - Any inspiration images (optional) Please Note The consultation is complimentary and limited to 20-30 minutes. The call is conducted by our Relationship Manager. Styling recommendations and personalised advice begin once you start to work with us. Booking a consultation does not reserve your wedding dates. Dates are secured only after confirmation and receipt of the booking amount. As we work with a limited number of brides each season, availability is offered on a first-confirmed basis. Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. Our Promise We believe every bride deserves clarity before making an investment.
