Cancellation Policy

The team will connect with you to confirm your session & you will recieve the link to join the 1:1 session meeting link via the team itself through email or whatsapp. CANCELLATION POLICY: Free rescheduling: 48+ hours (2 business days) before scheduled session Rescheduling fee (Rs. 3050): Within 24 hours (1 business day) of scheduled session Full cancellation fee (100% session fee): Less than 24 hours (on the day of the session/less than 1 business day) notice Assignment/ STA’s given by your coach must be completed 2 days in advance if you fail to do so your progress, quality of your session, your transformational results are not Ksenia’s responsibility because you homework is not getting checked by your coach For any further queries/questions contact your team Ksenia. Any bookings made on the weekend [Sundays & Mondays] for the immediate next day of your session, will cause discrepancy in your session quality. These protocols & guidelines are created for your betterment & comfort. So that we can give you the very best! The sole reason we suggest not booking a slot without communicating with the team.
