Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule kindly inform us 48 hours in advance. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are looking to cancel your session: For the Do-Over program (longer than 3 months program) You have the liberty of cancelling/ rescheduling free of cost ONLY for 3 sessions, after which you are liable to pay a cancellation fee (as mentioned and signed by you in the CLIENT HANDBOOK) For programs shorter than 3 months You have the liberty of cancelling/ rescheduling free of cost for ONLY 1 session Assignment/ STA’s given by your coach must be completed 2 days in advance if you fail to do so your progress, quality of your session, your transformational results are not Ksenia’s responsibility because you homework is not getting checked by your coach For any further queries/questions contact your team ksenia You must book your next session 3 days in advance, if you do not then the quality of the session will not be under Ksenia’s credibility. Any bookings made on the weekend [Sundays & Mondays] for the immediate next day of your session, will cause discrepancy in your session quality. These protocols & guidelines are created for your betterment & comfort. So that we can give you the very best!
